COVID19 Economic Relief Initiative Grant
Decatur County United Fund, Decatur County Community Foundation, Mayor Marsh and Commissioner Rick Nobbe are leading a countywide collaboration to assist nonprofits providing health and human services affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This $150,000 grant is made possible through a partnership between Indiana United Ways with funding provided by Lilly Endowment Inc.

To apply, you must be an organization that provides health and human services in Decatur County and describe an immediate need due to the COVID19 pandemic. Per reporting requirements, you must select a goal in Education, Health, or Income; select an output you are working towards, and the outcomes you will measure during the process.

EFSP Funding Available
DECATUR COUNTY TO RECEIVE $13,685 IN FEDERAL FUNDS FOR EMERGENCY FOOD AND SHELTER PROGRAMS
Applications due from qualified organizations by January 21, 2021. Decatur County has been notified that it will be awarded federal Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) funds through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as appropriated by Congress.
Decatur County has been recommended to receive $13,685 to supplement emergency food and shelter programs in the county.
Nonprofit organizations or public agencies interested in applying for Phase 38 Emergency Food and Shelter Program funds must contact Joane Cunningham, Decatur County United Fund, 108 S. Broadway, Suite 1, Greensburg, Indiana 47240; call 812-663-3342; or email for an application. The deadline for applications to be received is January 21, 2021.
